E2 Levels

I started my first IVF cycle about 3 weeks ago. I was on BCP for 10 days and then started Lupron shots. I should have started stims last thursday, but my E2 level was slightly elevated, so they kept me on Lupron for 4 more days. I went to the RE this morning and was told I could start stims. This afternoon I got a call from the RE telling me that my E2 levels are still elevated, so I should not start stims and just double my dosage of Lupron and come in on saturday.

Is there anything that I can do that will help lower my E2 levels? I have now been on Lupron for 14 days and I am getting so frustrated.....I feel like I am standing still and will never get to stimming.

I don't know the answer to that, I would just say follow what the RE tells you, they know their stuff, you might just be a slow responder. I know it's frustrating, but you'll get there!
