look similar to jeggings! i'd be more open to it if they had plain pockets and more simple detailing.

I definitely would. They've been selling them in the LTD catalog for a while now.... My boss bought them for his teenage daughter two christmases ago - she loves them.

Totally agree that they seem like maternity jeans! I would. I don't understand why jeans don't come with elastic waists to begin with!
