How do you prevent your comforter from shifting inside your duvet?

i find myself straightening it out everyday. i, too, can never get it to stay.

 I saftey pin the top cornors of the duvet and comforter together and I am always straightning it

I got these clips from BBB that allow you to attach each corner of the comforter to the inside corners of the duvet cover.
