Dutch Wonderland - where to stay

I've never been. I have two boys (5 and 2) and were going with friends who have a 4 year old.

Where to stay?

Is there anything else to do in the area? Is Sesame Place near?

Thanks

Same here.

There is plenty to do in the area - we only stayed one night and did DW and the Strasburg Railroad (when Thomas was there).

Re: Dutch Wonderland - where to stay

We usually stay at the Homewood Suites, though last year we did the Doubletree at Willow Valley, I would recommend them both.

We are going in a few weeks. We have a 2 and a 3 year old, both boys.

We have gone to:
Kitchen Kettle
Dutch Wonderland
Strasburg Railroad/Railroad Museum of PA
Toy Train Museum
Outlet shopping at Rockville/Tanger
Bird-in-Hand Farmer's Market
Lancaster Farmer's Market

You can also do the Amish Farm, intercourse pretzel factory.

Sesame Place isn't that close, it's about 2.5 hours away. Hershey is less than an hour away, so some people combine that trip.
