Duplex Co-ops in Queens
my DH and I are looking for a duplex co-op in queens, Bayside, Whitestone. I have been checking MLSI and can't seem to find many. Does anyone know of a website where I can find more listings of duplex co-ops?

Do you mean an attached house? If so, they're listed under houses, not co-ops on mlsli.

There aren't that many duplex's in Queens...that I have found. I have only really looked in Bayside though. There is one set down by Bay Terrace..they go for mid to high $300's and maintenance is about $1600/month. Those are the only ones I have found. Good Luck
