Dumpster rental rant - we junk it

I am so p'ed off. Last week, on Monday, we rented a 20 yard dumpster. It was dropped off at around 430pm. We filled what we could throughout the week, but I am 7 months pregnant and my husband was moving us out of the old place. The guy told me 5 days, pick up on the 6th. Apparently, Monday counted as a full day, which makes me angry, but I still figured, okay the 6th day is Saturday, we will have everything ready to go, my husband had his friend coming over to help load it up. Well imagine my surprise when I get up at 8 Saturday morning and the dumpster is gone. There was stuff on the side of the dumpster that still had to go in and it was just about halfway full. I called to say something, the guy said take a picture of what is left and I'll see if I can get someone over there, they never got back to me. I called today, we need a dumpster, and since I already wasted 550 on a 20yd with them that was half full, I thought maybe they'd be a little fair. He said I should've called and said I needed it an extra day, had I known they were picking up at the crack of dawn, I would have. Considering I only got it at 430pm, I didn't think that was a possibility. Then he said he would work with me on pricing for a 10yd, a big savings of $50. I am so upset. My yard looks gross because I have stuff to throw out but nowhere to put it and now I have to call another company and pay more money to get another dumpster.

try calling harbor carting for dumpsters they were great about drop off and only charged me a price to rent and never seem to mind how long we had it sometimes for multiple weeks for the same fee

plus they were really responsive when i needed a replacement or just to pick it up
