**Dumb question (not sleeping)
Can baby's get bags under their eyes?!! Dylan has not been sleeping great and I swear I see them!! Is this possible?

Rhys does for sure. His Dad gets them bad so I guessed that is why he gets them.

oh yes, charlotte gets bags and darkness under her eyes when shes too tired. Sometimes gets red as well.
SHe is also very fair, has my skin tone and i have the same bag issues. So that doesnt help!
