She ALWAYS has her hands folded over her stomach. In about 9/10 photos.
It's actually a running joke on Suri's blog that she does it just to freak her out.

I thought that it was the haircut, but in the balcony picture, with her hair blown back, it looks very wide and puffy.
I would speculate pregnant or hormone therapy
