I would post this on the Parenting board since there are some multiples moms or moms of two young children on there that might be able to help.

My DS's will be 15months apart too. I am researching double strollers now. I think I'm going with the Baby Jogger Micro Stroller. I know it's a bit pricey but I've seen nothing but good reviews. Also, I plan on having it for awhile so I don't mind spending the few extra $.
Please let me know if you find anything else. Good Luck!

Re: DS#1 will be 1 year and 3 months when DC #2 arrives
#2 is due on ds's 15 month birthday... we just decided on the city mini double... we did alot of research and i have a friend who is the manager of strollers at bbb and he highly recommends that one...
we looked at a couple of different things when deciding... one was stroller weight... tandems are HEAVY and since ds is already 30 lbs we did not want to have a very heavy stroller
for the side by side strollers you have to look at wheel placement... i love the peg perego since i have their single version, but they do not have a middle wheel and my friend told me that alot of people end up having to get a new stroller down the line because the weight of you children will warp the stroller since there is no support in the middle...
i am personally not a fan of strollers that do not have a bar as a handle so the mccalren was gone...
my suggestion is to go to bbb (or bru) and actually try each stroller
