drying up breast milk

Just wondering what do I do if breast feeding isnt working and pumping is just isnt for me either, how do I dry out my breast milk, and what do I do about the discomfort I get every now and then??

i just let it go- didnt do anything, take tylenol and use warm or cool compresses, cant remember which ones.

i let mine dry up naturally, but I've heard (on this board) that if you put cabbage leaves in your bra that it helps.
