I placed an order on 7/6. I forget about my order. I call my neighbor to take in my packages (I knew I was getting one from Origins but had a feeling I was forgetting about one (the Drugstore.com order)) while I am at Sesame Place from Mon-Wed. I get home and on Thursday I am thinking wait, I ordered some stuff from Drugstore.com a while ago. I check my emails and sure enough on 7/6 I ordered stuff and it wasn't here. It NEVER takes 10+ days to get my order from them. I called Drugstore.com and they say "Oh yes, your package was damaged in transit. Would you like us to reship it? We wait for the customer to call us and let us know if they want to cancel the order or if they want it reshipped."

Now I forgot about the order. No one ever emailed/called/snail mailed me to tell me it was damaged. What if I totally forgot about it, they get to keep my money since it was never refunded after it was a damaged shipment. What a bass ackwards way of doing things!!!
