Drip, drip drip

Aarrrrgghhhhh!!!!! I am soooo done with my drippy basement and so disgusted with all the $$$ we have thrown at this problem, only to have it crop up again, and again, and again.

What makes me even more annoyed is that we never can get to the projects that would help us enjoy the house more--renovating the kitchen, painting, etc. because there is constantly some issue with that basement. I'm ready to fill it in with cement and relocate our heating system above ground (if such a thing is possible).

Have to say, I have yet to really love homeownership. Becoming increasingly sure we should just sell and buy a condo.

There are remedies though. You may have to seal the exterior of the foundation if all else is failing you. Good luck
