dress help
I have a wedding to go to in Feb. I havent been to a winter wedding in so long. Can I wear a sleeveless dress with open toed shoes? Whats the norm for winter weddings

Every year I had a very formal holiday party (Russo's on the bay for a few years and than Oheka Castle)
I think a Sleeveless dress and open toed shoes are fine. I would wear a dark color (not hot pink)
