drank too much soda

I was so strict with first pregnancy.

Mother in law bought diet rootbeer soda and before I know it in two days I drank most with out thinking about it. 30 weeks. If feel like the aspartame is poison. I never have root beer so I didn't think of it add soda. I usually try to limit my diet soda to one cup a day maybe two max (I'm addicted so its a constant struggle)but over did it with this. Should I worry?

I don't think you should worry. it's not like you did it every single day of the pregnancy. There are alot of people out there who do way worse things and still wind up with healthy pregnancies and babies. just try to cut down now that you've realized it's a weakness.

OMG..I could have written this myself! With my son I was so careful this time around Im addicting to Diet root beer soda (way before 30 weeks)....such a craving I have but I feel guilty every time I drink it
