DR-Punta Cana Taxi
has anyone been through this airport recently? Can we just catch a cab without worrying about getting ripped off? Is there a cab service that you would recommend over another?

DR-Punta Cana Taxi
The taxis all charge the same price so you shouldn't have any issues. The resort that we like to go to is pretty far from the airport and it's $70 each way.

I'd look into a taxi/shuttle through the resort. It was weird getting off the plane- there were lines of guys trying to get us in their taxis. Very aggressively, I might add. We had already pre-paid a private taxi through the resort so we wouldn't have to worry. It was also about $70 each way.
