Dr. Judge at South Bay ob/gyn...

is freaking nuts and an amazing dr lol. I had an appt. on Tuesday and since I am 33 weeks I had asked him what do I do when I go into labor, do I call him, the office, or go to the hospital? And he's like, "what do you do when you go into labor? UM you have a BABY!!" LOL duh

Glad to hear his is so nice! He is the only doctor I haven't seen there, which of course means he'll prob be the one that is on call when I go into labor

who else delivers babies there? I know what you are thinking, this far along and I should def know, but I have only seen Jurak and Judge so far. I know Dr. Lester does too... anyone else and are they nice?

Ya know, I'm 32 and have no idea! lol I thought they all did I have an appointment with Judge next week, second time seeing him and me and DH loved him the first time. I also like Dr. Amirata and Dr. Lester. I did not like Dr. Jurak, I was asking her about some of my pain concerns last week and all she kept saying was uh huh, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's normal. No explanation like she just wanted to get out of there. Granted, it was already past 10 pm and my appointment was at 8 but that's another story.... But those first three doctors I really enjoyed and wouldn't mind delivering my baby

Judge, Jurak, Lester, Lockhart and Ammirata all deliver babies. I have seen all but Judge and I like them all. I actually usually see Jurak the most and I love her. She does talk a mile a minute and seems to blend things into one sentence, so I can see how you felt rushed. But I have always felt that she answered my questions.

I LOVE Dr Judge!

LOVE him to pieces! He was the first doctor I saw when I got my BFP and even though your supposed to be treated by all of the dr's in that practice, I always scheduled my appts with him. With my first child, I was scheduled to be induced when he was on-call. I ended on going into labor early. I was so upset because he wasn't on call and I ended up needing a c-section. When they rolled me into the OR, who do you think I saw standing there? DR JUDGE!! He heard I was going to need c-section and even though he was not on-call he came in anyway! I cried. I also had a horrible pregnancy with hyperemisis and he said that after all went through together he just had to be the on delivering my baby. He is the best!!!!!

IMO, anyone who ends up with him delivering their baby is LUCKY! He is just so comforting and makes you feel safe!

Oh dr. Judge. I LOVE HIM!!!!!!!! He is the bestest. Dr. Lester delivered my first DS and she was AMAZING!!!!!!

He is amazing and I wish he delivered DD as he is my doc, but he wasn't on call when I went into labor. My least favorite doc delivered her, but it all ended up great bc I had my beautiful DD and no major issues afterward!Oh, to answer your question -- they all deliver ecept for Hernandez, and the 2 old docs -- Maiorino and Pallotta.

I saw all but Dr. Ammirata prior to delivering. Not for any specific reason, it just worked out that I saw Dr. Judge, and Jurak the most.

I just had my baby on 6/28 and started my labor with Dr. Ammirata (all 16 hours) and then about 12 hours in Dr. Lester became my Ob and she delivered my Baby Boy via C-Section with Dr. Lockharts help.

I saw all 5 Ob's while in the hospital throughout my 5 day stay. I had a ton of issues, so I was there from Sunday to Friday. They all ended up being wonderful and I was extremely happy.

Good Samaritan hospital on the other hand, was not a very pleasant experience for me. 50% of the time is was good, but the other 50% totally awful and I was glad to go home.

He's hysterical. He did my discharge meeting and I thought he was great. My favorites from that practice were Jurak and Lester. Dr. Jurak did my c-section and the nurse commented that it was the best stapling job she'd ever seen.
