im confused, why does he only take OON benefits? I don't know if he was out of network when I used him?

I dont remember the exact reason now. But he only started this recently. I think the beginning of 2011.

He wasn't getting paid enough by the insurance companies. He has been out of network since last spring.

Check with your ins co to see if you have them. I think he has been OON only since March or April 2011.
