Does he have a office in the city, or only LI?

he is affiliated with American Fertility Services (AFS) on 57th and Lex. he usually only goes there once in a while though. i found that even if you make an appointment with him there, sometimes he doesnt end up going to the city and the appointment has to get shifted to the Woodbury office.
if you have to go for monitoring though you can go to AFS when he isnt there during there regular monitoring hours. its not quite the same as seeing him every time, like you do in Woodbury (he does all the monitoring himself) but it helps if you work in the city cause AFS has earlier monitoring hours than his Woodbury office.

if you are interested in seeing him i think you can do a consult with him at AFS. i would contact the Woodbury office (516)584-8710 if you want more information since they tend to do most of his scheduling.
