DPO? when to schedule Beta?

DPO? when to schedule Beta?
This is embrassing, but it's been so long snce I did a trigger shot for timed BD that I don't remember how to caluclate my DPO...
I triggered last Tuesaday night...how many DPO am I? Should I schedule my Beta for Tues, Wed or Thurs next week? I have to do a beta b/c I'm on progesterone. TIA!

You usually ovulate 24-36hrs after trigger...so I would count Thursday as 1 DPO.
Beta is 14 days after trigger.

your anywhere from 5 to 6dpo!! i would test on monday - thats either 12 or 13 dpo! Good luck

Tx guys. I was hoping I could do the beta Tuesday since Wed we are going out and can either celebrate or drown my sorrows in lobster and alcohol!
