Down to pre-pregnancy weight and pants still do not fit...
Anyonelse have this issue? My pre-PG pants do not fit, Im so discouraged because Ive been working so hard to get here to not have to buy new clothes and it didnt work! I think its my hips..
I am definetly still overweight so Im not stopping here and will continue to diet and exercise, but this SUCCKS!

I'm 5 months PP and am pretty much down to my pre-pregnancy weight (give or take a few lbs here or there) and my pants AND shirts all fit differently. I said to DH that my body changed, but at least it's for a good reason. I don't know why I'm surprised. My shape is just different than before. I used to wear all petite clothes because I'm so short, but now petite shirts look terrible on me... I need shirts that are longer. I'm slowly purchasing clothes (mostly cheap stuff at like kohl's) that I feel good in.
The never-ending expensive of life.

I am 5-7 lbs BELOW my PP weight and some of my pants still do not fit. A lot of my tops have become too short as well. It's annoying! Even though I weigh less, my weight distribution has changed... obviously my hips/stomach have gotten wider.

I'm 19mos PP and my pants still don't fit the same way....my belly/hips are just different now even though the scale is saying I weigh my pre-PG weight.  Thanks, DCs.

Totally normal. My body never went back to the same shape, even though I weighed less than I did pre-pregnancy. Things were in different places, you know

18 months later I weigh about 20 lbs less than pre pregnancy & some of my clothes still don't fit right, others are to big. My thighs and hips definitely changed.

everything shifts - i hate it!
here's something else pretty scary- I'm about a month away from delivery and 2 lbs under my pre-pg weight. Not fitting in my pants now, either. LOL

Thank you all! You are all making me feel better. I think you are rigt, the weight is distrubed differently. I feel better and think I look good but then when I go to put pants on im like WT.F?
My shirts are also short - that I think drives me more nuts than the pants actually, because they fit and look good if they were long enough. I hope these boobs goes down too because I cant deal anymore. They have gone down a lot but not enough!

I'm at my pp weight, but my body has definitely changed. I have more flab on my middle and my hips are definitely a little wider. And because I'm nursing, my boobs are bigger, so a lot of my tops don't fit right.
Part of my problem is lack of exercise. I've worked out consistently since I'm a teen and now I can not seem to string 2 days together.

Same issue here at 6 months PP. The hip area is just wider and my stomach is toned again but still has some extra skin or fat or whatever it may be that shows in some pants.
I have bought a bunch of new clothes and pants are a size or two bigger!

thats great that your down to your weight.
i have the opposite issue. im about 20lbs above pp weight but my pp jeans fit.
did you measure yourself?

urgh, I hear you. I'm closing in on my pp weight, but my hips are definitely wider! All the dresses are stretched at the hips rather than the stomach which I would've understood. It's so frustrating!

This is exactly my problem! Even though I weigh a few lbs less then I did before I got pregnant, I still cant button a lot of my pants. cause my stomach has gotten a lot wider too...it suck$
