double strollers - please help me!

good god this is such a stressful process. ok so...when my DD2 comes in july, DD1 will be 2 years old exactly. i am considering the britax b agile because it looks streamlined and easy to handle and it is not a big huge monstrosity. BUT, i have a graco snugrider carseat from DD that i would like to use with whatever new double stroller i get. apparently the b agile makes a universal adapter but it works best w a britax infant seat, or so say the reviews on amazon. so my question, should i buy the b agile and a britax infant seat? on amazon the stroller is 332 and the seat is 134. should i just use my old car seat and buy the adapter?? i could buy a graco stroller but the guy told me in BBB that they are super heavy and much harder to push, which are definite no's for me.

any advice?? this double stroller/infant seat thing is killing me

I really don't know much about the infant seats with the double strollers, because I am past that point....

....but if you can, find out if you can use an infant carrier with the Combi 3 Second Fold Double Stroller. I think it is compatible with infant carriers on the left side..


it is by far the best stroller ever.

Literally 3 seconds to fold and unfold.

I don't think the universal adaptor can be used with the double b-agile. I don't know why it wouldn't work, but the britax website only shows the adaptor as compatible with the single b-agile or the b-ready

Your dilemma was similar to mine. For my first 2 I had the city mini with their carseat adapter but when we found out I was pregnant with #3 we knew we couldn't use the city mini anymore because it would not fit behind out third row with the car seat adapter attached. We had to find a stroller that folded small and didn't have a huge car seat adapter.
After muh research we decided the b-agile was the best choice but like you I had a Chico keykit that was practically brand new.
In the end we ended up buying the britax b-safe carseat because there was no other stroller option for us. I got them both on Albeebaby.com for pretty cheap.
We are now just going to use the Chico as an extra car seat.
**The double comes with the carseat adapter and is only made for britax carseats. I spoke to several people at stores and they all said that that stroller only is compatible with britax carseats

I'd just wait until you have your second.
DS is 1.5 years older than DD. With 2 bitty kids, I needed someone else with me for the first few months. Then I got a stroller that DD and DS both fit into. It was cheap and big. I use it very rarely... DS at 2.5 doesnt want to be in a stroller.
