Doppler..
Does anyone have one they use at home? Do they even work? If so, where did you get it? I've been debating on getting one.....

Re: Doppler..
I have one at home, and I use it almost every day. My cousin lent it to me, it is Bestos brand. Works perfect!

Doppler..
i have one, i bought it online, i forget from where now. i used to use it a lot more, like between weeks 13-17. At 18 w i had a Dr's appt and heard her HB and then i had to go back the following week again so i didn't use it those 2 weeks. Since 19w, she has been moving and kicking somewhat consistently so i am not so obsessed with hearing her HB since i know she is playing in there...but i would def reccomend getting one! it really put my mind at ease!

Re: Doppler..
I've always heard not to buy one for home. Sometimes the baby can hide and it's hard for even your dr to find the heartbeat. So if you can't find it at home, you'll worry needlessly.
Plus, soon enough you'll be feeling your LO moving around which is all the reassurance I need!

Re: Doppler..
That's where I'm at now. I'm 13 weeks and need something to sustain me until 16 weeks when I go for my early anatomy scan. I think once I feel the baby kicking, I feel better

Re: Doppler..
I was obsessed with mine when I was pregnant. I used it every day until I could feel the baby kick consistently (at about 20 weeks). I had some spotting issues early on and it was such a comfort to me to hear the baby in there.
I rented a Baby Beats monitor for 2 months and then my cousin gave birth and gave me the AngelSounds one she'd bought off Amazon. The BabyBeats one worked for me at about 10 or 11 weeks, if I remember correctly. Really early on.

Doppler..
Thanks everyone. As much as I want one my DH says no way. He thinks ill freak out if I don't hear the heartbeat one day. Sadly he's probably right.
