people who are drunk and chat away with their loudest voice possible at 3:30 in the morning below your window??? On a Wednesday, no less??? Are we serious???

You ask them nicely to be quiet and if that does not work than shut the f**k up. If that does not work call the police. Usually when you start cursing at them they know you mean it and will move along.

That has never stopped me before, lol. I found out a lot of new yorkers live in my building because one night some kids were having a party and out of nowhere you here a bunch of middle aged men with Brooklyn accents screaming.  My DH chimed in with his Queens accent.
