Don't you love how attitude changes...

I work with sales pple. They're pretty much all rude and want things done yesterday
So, I send a reminder email to an agent about something I need. She responded pretty snotty that she got the email the other day and working on it.
I responded totally sweet (which kills me, but I love to do it)... apologizing then some smiley face and said "pregnancy brain"
The women always is rude anyway and I'm trying to help by reminding her b/c I want to help her out.
SHe then responded so sweet asking when I'm due and all.

yes i think about this all the time! there are soo many people i work with who are soo rude and could care less about me to even say hello! now EVERYONE is like "how are you feeling" all the time!
