Don't laugh...Hip Hop Abs really DOES work.
Really works. I have been doing it for a week now 2-3 days a week and going to the gym 2-3 days a week (Treadmill & elipitical and weights). I lost an half inch off my abs (the lower abs that are still huge after having DD) and lost 2 lbs.!!! I know it may be fluke and the guy is really corny, but it does work. The workout is fun too. I am also doing WW (but I did cheat a little this week and went over my points over the weekend  )

Thanks! I got the DVDs on ebay for $12. No way I would pay the $$$$ they were asking on the infomercial. Try ebay for the DVDs you will get a GREAT deal!
