Don't know if my noise machine is loud enough
I have the Graco sweet slumber sound machine and it seems so low even on the highest volume. Does anyone have this one and have the same problem? Are there any that are louder? I don't want to spend $ on a new one bit I don't know if this one is helping as much as it should.

I'm not familiar with that machine, but I know the white noise should be around 75-85 decibels. You can download a free app if you have an iPhone to see how loud your machine is. We have the myBaby Soundspa Lullaby Sound Machine and Projector. It was only $20 and works great, so while you don't want to invest more money in sound machines, this one is pretty inexpensive.

We have a high ranch so my ds bedroom is right off the living room. We had to get a louder sound machine because you could here everything. I got a conaiir basic one for $20 on amazon and its much better. I keep it at a lower volume and turn it up when we have company.

We have been using the Homedics one for 3 years now.. It is only $20 and it has different sounds and music and is loud!!
