donor eggs and surrogate mothers...
does anyone know anything about these??
heres our situation. i was born with a genetic disorder called turners syndrome. basically women are supposed to have 2 X chromosomes, but i only have 1. so, part of this is that my ovaries aren't developed and i don't produce eggs. now, we could use a donor egg and technically i could carry a baby, BUT they don't recommend it for women with TS because there is a chance of heart, kidney problems, etc so the extra " pressure" of the baby on the body isn't good. so, pretty much our only options are getting a donor and surrogate mother, OR adoption. but there have been a lot of changes with adoption lately ( new rules, etc) so i'm not sure...
anybody have any experiences??? or who would i talk to??

I don't have any experience with this although I started to look into donor egg.
I know the clinic that got me pg has information on this --
