so how long until AF...anywhere from a few days to a few weeks?

It can take up to 2 weeks. I got AF 4 days after my last pill.

I've taken Prometrium (also a progesterone medication) two different times for 10 days each. The first time AF came the second day I took the Prometrium. The second time AF came 6 days after I finished the 10 days of pills.

Everyone is different, I usually get mine 2-3 days after the last pill
