Doing the Nasty...
So, I am just trying to liven up friday afternoon .. and was just wondering, how often do you girls bump uglies?
I'll start.. I usually have a pretty low sex drive and/or crazy schedule so its only a couple of times a month.

The answer to this SO depends on what stage of parenting you're in, IMHO. If you're a sleep deprived, stressed out first time parent, you're probably having a lot less sex than someone with older kids who are sleeping every night.

ITA with this. I am at te point where I don't have babies anymore... Everyone sleeps through te night, we have a set schedule, etc. We do it a few times a week, on a normal week. However, when I had little kids, sleep deprived, etc, we were doing it less than one a week. Sometimes less than that. So, new mommies, just know that you can't really compare!!!

Hmmm...unless you have 3+ of these "older kids" two of whom are fighting 50% of the time, at least one to two of whom you have to shuttle back and forth to various extra-curricular activities, one of whom is an emotional basket-case, two of whom are complete slobs, none of whom can cook or drive, one of whom is a wrecking ball of a toddler CONSTANTLY DESTROYING EVERYTHING in his path, one parent who works late and one parent who drinks at night to recover from the day.
But I'm not talking about anyone in particular, of course not...

at the 5 year mark of parenthood...i can say i am ready to trade in quantity for quality.
We make sure it is happening...in forms of quickies and rolling over in the middle of the night...
but when we vacationed without kids, i can't believe how much i miss it without a stopwatch or wondering what kids are doing...hoping they don't come knocking...
so on average we are 2-3 times a week...but i am in need of a change.
