Dog bed issue.
We bought Dallas a fluffy dog bed that fit perfectly in his crate. He loves it & drags it all over the house. Well he tore it open & the stuffing is all over the place. I gave him a blanket instead now but it gets pushed to the back of the crate & he sleeps on the hard plastic. I feel bad, but he can't have a dog bed.
What does your dog sleep on if they can't have a dog bed?

How about putting an old blanket or a chair cushion in the crate?

Re: Dog bed issue.
Sounds like Kasey when she was a puppy!!
We got her a dog bed for inside her crate and she did the same thing. Kevin found her one day sitting in the middle of the kitchen surrounded by little clumps of fluff.
She had a blanket in there once and tore it up.
Now when she's in the crate she just sleeps on the hard plastic. In our room she sleeps on the floor. Then in the middle of the night, after we're asleep, she'll jump up on the bed.
She's fine in her crate without a bed, don't worry about it.
