Does your husband not know what to
say to you nowadays or do you notice he is being very careful with how he speaks to you?
Yesterday I was saying to DH how uncomfortable I am with the heartburn I am experiencing and then I was telling him about the scared of childbirth thread and how they are so many people who feel the way I do out there.
He starts to say something, and then he goes, I just do not know what to say to you. I feel bad for you, but do not want to risk offending you and getting you upset.
Mind you this is not indicative of our marriage, we let it all hang out and are not afraid to tell it like it is.
Just find it funny that he is trying to choose his words carefully.
Is your DH like this?

I was thinking the SAME thing. I wish my DH would take a cue from yours. Mine does't think and says things like "it's such a HUGE belly" and always says "me too" when I have a headache or heartburn or something. I could smack him.
Don't get me wrong he's been wonderful through out this whole process but he def. does not hold back.

dave kinda feels bad...i don't know how else to put it..he'll be like, oh really? i'm sorry....
kinda like he wishes he could do something to help...it's VERY out of his normal character...it's very sweet!
