Does this sound ridiculous?
To jump rope in my classroom while my class is at lunch? I'm talking maybe 10 minutes?

I think it sounds like a good idea actually to squeeze in some exercise then.
But, would you change first or jump in your work clothes? You'd probably sweat a lot. Definitely leave sneakers in your classroom.

That would be my only concern.
I have sneaks in my closet. And I think I might *freshen up*. Still have to work out those logistics!
