Does this sound good?

I bought a bulk package of ground beef and I thought of doing this next week...Meatballs simmered in a creamy mushroom onion sauce, served with egg noodles?

Sorta stroganoff/swedish meatballs?

Re: Does this sound good?

sounds great! I've made this a bunch of times. Just an FYI, from my experience at least, make the meatballs without garlic ---- they dhoulsn't taste like sauce meatballs, KWIM?

I just use onion (I prefer onion powder in meatballs) & fresh parsley, salt & pepper, egg, breadcrumb and a bit of parm cheese.
