Does overdoing it give you cramps?
I thought to get my mind off of the MS this morning I would try to clean up a bit. I was vacuuming and steaming my floors, then I scrubbed them. Then I noticed I was getting crampy. Is it bad I did this?

I don't know if its necessarily bad that you cleaned.
But I have heard of situations where too much activity and not enough rest can cause cramping. Just try to take it easy and not push yourself too hard.

well i dont mean bad that i cleaned...i mean lifting the vaccuum up and down the stairs and getting on my hands and knees to scrub. i thought maybe i was causing too much pressure. i do notice when i do things where i have to lift (like picking up my son) i do have to relax after. i guess my body is telling me not to push it

I found that if I over did it I would get cramping especially when cleaning my house (vaccuuming stairs, scrubing etc)
