Does OceanSpray Cranberry Juice count for UTI's?
It isnt pure cranberry juice does it still count?

I think its better than nothing, but ideally you need 100% juice to really get the benefits.

all that sugar is not good for you either. it can actually work against you. try and stick with 100% juice.

Thanks everyone. I just called my dr. and they said the same thing...so good advice giving girls!!
I cant really find pure cranberry juice though...do you know where I can get it. My dr. suggested a health food store...any other suggestions?

I only buy 100% juice, so I can say with confidence it is a bit hard to find, but all major supermarkets carry it. (Waldbaums, King Kullen, Stop & Shop, Pathmark) Northland is a really good brand of 100% cranberry juice. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I second the Northland. I drink the crangrape every morning to try to ward off uti's. It is 100% juice and has no added sugar. It is also not as tart as some of the others out there.

Honestly, I HATE the taste of 100% cranberry juice. Unsweetened is  !!
The concentrated cranberry pills work the best. Try any vitamin or health food store!
