Does anyone take prenatal yoga?
Or regular yoga while you are pregnant? I haven't done it in a while but really want to get into it again and can't seem to find any classes right now. Should I be taking regular classes or prenatal classes?

Up until my doctor told me he wants me to take it easy, i was taking prenatal yoga and I loved it! I think you should definitely take a prenatal yoga class and not a regular yoga class b/c they really concentrate on moves for pregnant women.
I went to a place in Great Neck called Bonda Yoga.

I take prenatal yoga twice a week. You have to take prenatal yoga as there are many poses in regular yoga that you should not be doing while pregnant. Also, prenatal yoga is very prop-oriented which helps with the specific needs of pregnant bodyies.
I HIGHLY encourage it. It has helped my muscle stamina immensely and has helped me get in better tune with my body as far as how far I know now that I can push it, even when it hurts. It will hopefully help me overcome when my mind wants to quit..you know?

I am def. going to get into it I just can't find any places around me that are local! I live in Long Beach and work in Garden City so I am kind of thinking maybe in the Garden City area if anyone knows of anything!

I'm in Long Beach also!! I actually posted about this a week or so ago and someone posted about a place in Wantagh called Harmony Yoga (i think thats what its called) Anyway the class is on Wednesday nights I tried it last week. It was not what I expected but I think I will keep going b/c I think it will be good for my back. Its a very small class of about 5ppl, at least when I was there. I may try that place in Great Neck even though its further just to compare.
