Does anyone rent to the County / Social Services?
I want to explore the option of renting our townhouse. I have a few questions that hopefully someone has experience with
- what does it cost to list with SS?
- how do you go about applying for it?
- do you get fair market value?
- how long did the process take?
- have you had any other difficulties?
