Does anyone meditate daily?
If so-- for how long and what type exercises do you do?

I don't meditaite daily, but I try to do it as often as I can.
I just repeat a mantra, in my head, while breathing and I try to do that for about 10 minutes. I usually say something like "I am at peace" or "I am grateful for today." I"ll say the first phrase while breathing in and the second while breathing out. I'll change it though if there is something specific I want to work through while meditating.
It really helps destress me after a rough day.

I was trained in Transcendental Meditation (TM) and really should get back into it. My mom does everyday, twice a day.
