Does anyone know what this is?
I got my letters from NY Cares, and a 7 year old girl is asking for a pair of "hilieys".
I have no clue what that is! I put in the exact spelling in TRU, and nothing came out, so I am guessing she spelled it how it sounds - but I still can't figure it out!
Help!!!

the only problem now is I don't know her size  . I am going to try calling the contact person at her agency and see if she knows.
