Does anyone know how to check violations for a preschool NOT a daycare
I use the NYS site for the day care violation search but I am not sure how to check up on a nursery/ preschool

Does anyone know how to check violations for a preschool NOT a daycare
If a pre-school only runs two and a half hour programs then they are not considered "child care" and not under the jurisdiction of the OCFS, so they wouldn't be getting site visits or violations like you see daycares getting.
