Does anyone here have Sprint?

I have had Sprint for 17 years. I have kept them mainly because of the price. I have unlimited data/talk/text for 4 phones for $214.10 (this is what I pay-after discounts, taxes, etc). I have not found another carrier that has even come close to this deal. I never worry about overage charges or if I'm on wifi because of the unlimited data.

Anyhow, Sprint's service (or lack thereof really) has really been driving me nuts lately so much that I am actually considering switching! The final straw is today. No one can leave me a voicemail. My friend texted me. When you try it says service is unavailable, please try again later. I tried myself from house phone. Same thing. I called Sprint. On the phone with them for 40 minutes (with someone I could barely understand who kept putting me on hold every 2 min to go check his manual or whatever-was driving me bonkers!) when they said it wasn't their issue and would have Apple call me. Apple calls me 2 min later and troubleshoots a couple things and the guy says I'm really sorry but it's a network issue.

DH comes home. I start yelling out of frustration and say let's check your phone. Same issue. I do not have the energy left in me to call Sprint again and deal with those idiots. Anyone else having same issue?

Have you turned off your phone and had them send you updates? This happened to both me and my mom a few months ago. They sent me updates, and it didn't work and then I just shut it off and turned it back on a few minutes later and it magically worked for both of us.

I hate sprint and I pay $223 for 3 phones with discounts, so you definitely have a great deal!

Thank you. Yes. They reset the network settings. I also shut and turned my phone back off after they tried that. But because I don't trust them for crap, I also googled how to do it and did it myself on my phone by pressing ##25327# (I have an iPhone 6). It did reset it, but still same damn message when calling voicemail.

I hate Sprint!!! Yes I know I have an insane deal with them. It's a super old employee discount which is like a fraction of that now, but I was grandfathered in as long as I didn't change plans. And I got an additional AAA discount a few months ago on top of the employee one I had.

I swear they only keep their customers through price, but they better be careful. That can only work for so long!

Update: It is working today. I guess it was a network issue. Just annoying! At least it's working.

Um yes!! I noticed the past 2 summers and only in the summer I get no service at work, I drive out of work, it's fine. I have no issues any other time of the year. I hate them

Something to consider. I was paying over $150/mo for two lines unlimited data for a very long time. I too was grandfathered in and thought it was a great deal. And then I researched the current plans they were offering and how much data I actually used in a month. And now I pay $70/mo for two lines and have never once come close to exceeding my data limit. Just something to consider.

Do you have a air rave? SPrint will send you one for free if your service in your home sucks.

I have been ready to dump sprint for three months now over this no free phone nonsense but no one.....no one....can beat sprint's prices...no one...so I stay....with my crappy 5s that wont hold a charge....

do the price with spring include devices or only your plan? Because tmobile right now have 4 lines unlimited with taxes and fees for $140. Maybe something to consider if they get on your nerves
