I have went to one a few times but am looking for one that is only for young widows.

I haven't found one but I want to say I'm sorry for your loss and feel free to pm me if you want to chat. I lost my DH a little over 2 years ago.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I went to one at cancercare when I lost my mom. It was specific for young adults who lost a parent.
I know the Jcc has some. What area are you in? I can help find one for young widows in your area.

it is very hard to find one for people under 65, when client says that to me they usually means they would like a group for those in their 40's

I found one for people under 50 but realized group was not for me. It's very hard I left there taking home other peoples group and feeling extremely sad. I chose to use the support of my friend family.. Thx for the help
