Does anyone have an all in one washer/dryer?
As in the same machine?
DH and I are looking to save space and saw some all in one machines. How are these?
Getting two machines isn't an option and the one with the dryer on top isn't available here.
Thanks!

I had one, really nice concept although the dryer part took a long time because it's runs on a 110v and not 220v.

Don't do it, they don't actually dry your clothes, and it will take more than one round in the dryer function to dry a whole load of clothes!!! Service Wash would be my answer, other than having clothes horses all over your flat.
I have a tumble dryer in my kitchen, it was my big MUST HAVE when I moved to the UK. I am the only one of my friends who has one! Don't I feel fancy!

I know, it is kind of my must have, too. But I want to save on space. I also think a lot of flats here don't have a vent for it or something.
We just got a flat and it is kind of small (surprise, surprise ) and I don't know where I could put a dryer. It is kind of hard to find a flat here with space for a dryer in the kitchen. We gave up on that and settled for a great modern place in the centre of the city.
I keep reading bad reviews of these things b/c of the condensation drying.
ETA: I usually air dry my clothes, but I love the air dry setting on dryers to soften clothes up. Despite using lots of fabric softener, everything is so stiff. I use hot drying for socks, tees, towels etc.
It wouldn't run on 110V, only 220 or 240V. I don't think 110V exists here.

When I studied in Italy they had one in our Apt--it did not dry the clothes--could have just been my machine though

That seems to be the common response.

I have a malber- it dries my clothes just fine- it takes a while and I am careful to not overstuff the machine- you should only half fill it for best results.
If you have any questions, let me know
