buy Pillsbury biscuit dough or pizza dough & drop balls into hot canola oil. Then I put powdered sugar on them or a sugar glaze. It more like a Zeppoli/ an African desert my husband loves. It is quick & should be eaten right away for most delicious results.
I have seen Mrs. Paul Deen make actual doughnuts like this. Im sure her recipe is on food networks website.
