Did you ever get a "OE" error? I looked it up and it means that the machine failed to drain. The door is locked, my clothes are soaking wet and IDK what to do! Did this ever happen to anyone and how did you get it to drain!?
I HATE THIS DAMN THING!!!!!!!!!

no...never happened to me. Sometimes if I put too much stuff in on a gentle cycle it will be soaked and sometimes the water will not drain, but never got an error or door lock on me.

Maybe you have a clog in the drain if it isn't draining properly?

Re: Does anyone have a front-load Kenmore washing machine?
We had a similar issue with our old front loader because our drain pump was clogged. There should be a panel (you may have to unscrew) in the front at the bottom. We had to lay a bunch of towels down because water came pouring out as soon as we took off the panel. Once we removed the clog we were good to go. Then we learned that our particular machine had a filter that had to be emptied once a month, but neither my husband or I knew about it. That may not be the same in your case.

This happened to us and it was because there was sock stuck in there somewhere. I think DH ended up taking apart the washing machine to fix the problem.
