does anyone else have probs with reliable cleaning people?

i don't get it. i can't find a reliable cleaning person and i don't know why. i had someone come once two weeks ago, we talked about bi-weekly cleaning and then when she's supposed to come this saturday, she cancels at the last minute, tells me she'll call me the next day to reschedule, and does not. no biggie - i wasn't thrilled w/her and was still looking, but that's not the point.

then i get hooked up w/someone else that's supposed to be great, we make an appointment for her to come to my house today to give me a price and then she doesn't show up. has anyone else had problems like this?

no problems with them not showing up...but we have had at least 3 different cleaning people in here and not one of them did a thorough job at all....
