Does anyone else get headaches alot?

I feel like the last few weeks I have gotten a headache (only in my forehead, sometimes on the left, sometimes the right, sometimes both) almost every day. I think part of it is stress, part is b/c I am waiting for my new glasses to come in and the other reason is b/c every since I had DS I have had alot of problems with my back and neck. I have always gotten headaches and gone to the neurologists numerous times b/c I was afraid it was something serious and fortunately it never way. They are just so annoying.

Did you have a c-section? Sometimes a spinal block can have residual effects, one of which is headaches.

No natural. But I have been getting muscle spasms off and on in my upper back and my neck always hurts. I made an appt. with a chiropractor so I am hoping that helps. I have also had TMJ for years. I am just a mess

Yes...migraines, tension, and sinus. Half the time I don't realize just how much pain I have (or how bad it is) until is goes away. The reasons you gave for your headaches are all very good causes (eye strain, muscle pain, neck problems, stress). The chiro should help. Also make sure you give yourself some time to de-stress every day. Maybe sneak a massage in. Hopefully you'll get your glasses soon to cut back on eye strain. I know it's hard, ut if you can...try not to take anything, because many of the OTC pain relievers have a rebound effect which will make the headache come back.
