Does anyone else feel like....
they are always wrong? I don't know why, but I just feel like I am ALWAYS wrong about everything. I know it's probably not true, but it still feels like everyone is CONSTANTLY telling me I'm wrong. It's so frustrating

Thanks. I'm very hard on myself, too, and I feel like at work is someone tells me they don't agree with me, then I automatically assume it's because I'm wrong. It was just one of those days at work where people were up my a55 and annoying me.

Nope. I never feel that way because I'm always right!  Yeah right.  I definitely have days like that where I feel like everything I do, say, think, feel, wear, is wrong and those days ****. So to you - it's just one of those days - it doesn't mean that you are always wrong.

Yes, self doubt stinks. And I'm also really hard on myself...to the point of self criticism.
But Tania's right...we're not perfect...gotta remember.
BTW - when I'm feeling down...I love to hear Alanis' song "Perfect"...it's, well, perfect.
