Does anyone else crash after eating a meal?
Everytime I eat (particularly lunch) I get so unbelievably tired. Tired to the point that I fall asleep sitting up at my chair at work and thought I would fall asleep at the wheel on the way back from lunch today....it only happens after I eat.

Not all the time but today I am exhausted since lunch. But I think the heat has something to do with it for me.

That used to happen to me even before I was pregnant but now that I am it just intesified... I wish we had a couch at work so I can take a nap.

Yes! But, it depends on what I eat.
If I eat a healthy lunch w/ good protein I'm ok. If I eat something less healthy w/ sugars & fat I get so tired.
See if you can recognize a pattern in your diet. It may help.
