I am doing yoga and Pilates. The Shiva Rea yoga video comes in with high ratings but I found it a little too earthy-birthy for me. A great workout that is fun and upbeat is FitMama with Leisa Hart. There is a salsa dance workout and a yoga one, plus stretching. I like it a lot!

I do the Crunch Yogamama DVD. It's only about 45 minutes and not too hard.
